Store PoliciesNorthwest Memories specializes in creating designer laser cuts to give your customers’ pages a touch of class. Our laser cuts are assembled giving them a finished look. We have stock items as well as creating custom designs for your specific needs.
We use primarily Bazzill cardstock although sometimes to get the right color we use Paper Accents. We have Bazzill bling, glitter, metallic and other specialty papers that we use.
We have a $50.00 minimum order.
New wholesale accounts: Please fill out the application along with your Business License, Reseller Permit, Resale Certificate or Tax Exemption Certificate (this will vary by state). Sales Tax will be charged to customers without a current wholesale agreement.
Online stores: Please include you web address.
Payment: Payment is required in full at time of shipment. We use Quickbooks and will send invoice and payment information via Quickbooks. Some special orders may require payment before item can be cut.
Shipping: We use USPS Priority for shipping and will charge those rates on all orders under $150.00. Insurance on order will also be charged.
Damages/Shortages: We understand that damages may occur in shipping and shortages may occur by mistake. If you experience any problems with your order, please notify us within 5 business days of receipt of goods and we will strive to replace the item as soon as possible.
Cancellation Policy: Orders may be cancelled prior to shipment unless it is a special order. Special orders may be cancelled before they are cut. Please call if you need to cancel an order.
